Refunds and Cancelations

Refund and Cancelation Policy

This page concerns the participation of the artists in our projects and the available options in the event of a cancellation or request for a refund.

​

Refunds

​

The gallery must provide a full refund to the artists, only if the project is canceled (due to the gallery’s fault) or not delivered at the scheduled dates. Those dates, along with the rest of the details of the project, have already been confirmed with the artists prior to the payment of the fee of the project.

Cancellations

​

If the artists are not able to participate in the scheduled project for any personal reasons, then the gallery is not obligated to provide a refund. The funds that the artists paid, can be used for the following options, instead:

​​

  • The artists’ participation in other projects of the gallery.

  • The artists’ allocation to new dates for the same project.

​

There will be no extra charges applied from the gallery’s side if the artists select any of the options above. For any further enquiries, please feel free to contact us at info@artnumber23.uk prior to submitting your application and making any payments.
